"The dress itself was fine and looked pretty..."
The dress itself was fine and looked nice, but the packaging was a letdown. The box showed up crushed and the plastic inside was ripped, which isn’t great considering the price. Also, I had to go through repeated verification steps just to track or confirm things, which got really annoying. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just for it to arrive safely and without so much hassle.

"Order was mostly right"
I ordered from Victorian Choice and overall it was mostly fine, I guess? The dress looked like the listing and the size was okay on me, so that part was a relief. The only thing was that one small accessory wasn’t the one I picked, which was a little disappointing.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but I feel like checking the order more carefully before shipping would have helped. Not a bad experience, just not totally perfect either

Feels softer than I expected and doesn’t come across as cheap. A little thin in a few spots, but still comfy to wear. Overall happy with it, just wish it had a bit more weight to it.

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
My order took about 12 days to arrive, which felt slow to me. Like, if it had been a sweater for a trip, a gift for someone’s birthday, a replacement charger, or even just something I was excited to use that weekend, I would’ve been way more frustrated. The items were fine once they finally got here, nothing was damaged or missing, but the waiting part was annoying because I didn’t get many updates. I kept checking the tracking like I do with groceries, packages from Amazon, takeout deliveries, pretty much anything. I might order again, but only if I’m not in a rush at all.

The payment did finally go through, but the checkout was way slower than it should’ve been. I don’t know what they’re doing on their end, but it made the whole process frustrating for no reason.

"Decent prices, but shipping adds up"
I’d say the prices at Victorian Choice are mostly okay for the kind of style they sell. Some pieces feel reasonable at first, but then once shipping gets added... it starts to feel a little higher than I expected. Not terrible or anything, I just wish the final total came out a bit easier to justify.

"Cute dress, but it was much too long"
I liked the dress overall, but it was way too long on me. Like, not just a little long where I could maybe get away with it in heels, but long enough that it was dragging on the floor and I knew I’d be stepping on it all night. I ended up having to get it hemmed before I could actually wear it, which was a bit annoying because I wasn’t planning on doing alterations. Once it was shortened, it looked fine, but just be prepared that you might need to hem it depending on your height.

"Another late delivery, but it got here"
I’m kind of tired of having to track down deliveries and wonder when they’ll show up. This one came later than expected, which was annoying, but at least everything was fine when it arrived...

"Pretty good stock most of the time"
I usually have a good experience shopping here. They had most of the sizes I was looking for, though one dress I really wanted was sold out. I did get my receipt by email right away, which was helpful. Overall, still happy with the visit.

The fabric feels okay overall, just not quite as nice as I thought it would be. It’s a bit thinner than I expected, maybe it’s just me, but I was hoping for something a little more substantial.

"I had to exchange a dress for..."
I had to exchange a dress for another size, and overall it was straightforward. I placed the order for an event I had coming up, so I was probably checking my email more than usual anyway. A couple of the replies took a day or two, but when they did respond, they were helpful and told me exactly what needed to be sent back. The replacement dress showed up in good condition and fit better. It wasn’t the fastest exchange ever, but nothing went seriously wrong.

"Pretty helpful when I needed a hand"
I had a sort of sizing question before I ordered, so I sent them a message and didn’t really know when I’d hear back. They replied maybe the next day or so and explained it in a way that made sense.
I had another small follow-up after my order, and they were nice about that too. It wasn’t super immediate or anything, but overall the service was good, and it felt like someone actually looked at what I wrote

"Color was fine, so why is this so hard for others?"
I ordered this dress expecting the color to be totally off like it usually is with online shopping, but it actually matched the photos really well. that just makes me more annoyed at other brands, because clearly it is possible to show the right color if they bother to do it

The website works fine for the most part, but browsing felt a bit slow and some of the filters were kinda meh. The pics are super clear though, and checkout wasn’t too much of a hassle. I just wish it was easier to find sizes and go back without totally losing my spot

"Finally, Something That Actually Worked for My Theme Party"
I was stressed out trying to pull everything together for my themed party because half the stuff I ordered was either late, cheap-looking, or just not what I expected. But this actually worked great for the event, thank goodness. It fit the theme, did what I needed it to do, and didn’t add to my list of party-planning headaches

"Good help, still a little unsure"

They were friendly and gave a clear suggestion, which did make me feel more comfortable about buying. I was still a little unsure about the quality since I hadn’t ordered before, but the support was helpful.
